UPDATE for members
CUPE Local 2348 is going through a transition period to help strengthen the services provided to members.
As CUPE works to strengthen the local, the local has been placed under “Administration”, which is a process set out in the CUPE National Constitution where the executive is replaced by an administrator who helps ensure all services are being adequately delivered to members. This took effect December 15, 2025.
Members are encouraged to contact Kristine Barr, CUPE National Human Rights Representative, and Administrator assigned to CUPE 2348.

Your National Representatives, shop stewards and worksite representatives are still in place. This change does not impact grievances or collective bargaining.
Once the local’s capacity has been rebuilt, new elections will be held for your executive.
